The prominent guest speaker was Dr. Bino Paul, who is presently working as a Professor at School of Management & Labour studies in Tata Institutes of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
Dr. Paul has immense experience in the field of Research, etc.
The guest was welcomed with a welcome speech by Asst. Prof. Tamanna I. Bebal.

Session:
Dr. Bino Paul explained the very important aspects such as:
Aim to explore trends in the Indian labour market.
The challenges the country is facing.
Monitoring the Indian population where total employment remains below the pre-pandemic levels by 10 million.
Moreover, decline rate of the labour force participation. He also explained about how wages are determined and workers allocated to different jobs.
The major difference between employers and employees in the Labour market was explained.
Lastly, he explained thoroughly about the Future of the work in India. Necessary graphs and diagrams were the highlight of the PPT.
Held a question-answer session, where MMS-I students; namely Miss. Tanvi Dakve and Miss. Annada Marathe asked related questions and they were satisfactorily answered by the guest speaker
Conclusion:
Students were satisfied with the session.
