The Program was arranged by SIMRS.

The prominent guest speaker was Ms. Suvarna Mungee, who is presently working in Tata STRIVE. She has approximately 15years experience in Marketing & Sales, Skills Training, CRM, Export-Import, Training of Trainers, etc

The guest was welcomed with a welcome speech by Asst. Prof. Tamanna I. Bebal.

Ms. Suvarna Mungee explained the very important aspects such as:

3. Micro Finance by Banks.

4. Types of Banks.

5. The skills required such as communication Skills, Computer Knowledge.

6. Grooming, Behavior, Personality. Convincing Skills, Soft Skills.

7. Presentation Skills.

8. Data Analysis.

Later, question-answer session was held, where MMS-I students; namely Amin Mukadam, AbdulSalam Sable, Annada Marathe, Wasif Mahaldar, etc asked related questions and they were satisfactorily answered by the guest speaker.

Conclusion:

Students were satisfied with the session.
