Objectives of the Induction Programme

·         To welcome the new students and make them feel comfortable.

·         To develop bond between the parents, students and teachers.

·         To help new students inculcate in them the ethos and culture of the institution.

Conclusion-

BMS branch was successfully inaugurated by respected Chief guests and respected dignitaries. All the Chief guests, Guest of honors, parents and students were welcomed. Inspirational speeches were given by all the dignitaries. Felicitation of the director- Dr. Ashwini Mahadik madam on completing Ph.D. Followed by the felicitation of Anushka Kajrolkar madam for being socially active and helpful for the flood victims.

To make the occasion happier, all the dignitaries, parents and students were welcomed by presenting garland as a token of love and respect. Breakfast was enjoyed by everyone. Motivational Speaker Mr. Prasad Jog had been invited to address the students regarding the importance of self- confidence, will power, strength, etc. It was thoroughly enjoyed by one and all. It was followed by Webinar which was held by Siddhartha Roy, who addressed students about the opportunities for management students in the corporate world. Later, the lecture was conducted by Mr. Mayuresh Sir for BMS students elaborating the academics.

                On the second day, webinar was held by Rajendra Prasad, who gave the important life lessons to the students. He explained the qualities that are needed to inculcate by the students. Also he told the importance of the Financial literacy.

After the webinar session, the audio-video lecture was conducted by Ms. Asmita Kamble madam.

                Lunch had been arranged for all the students and other members. The last event of the Induction Programme was enjoyed by the students as they participated in various activities, funny games, etc. Overall, the feedback by all the students and respected dignitaries was satisfactory and positive.
